This article explains how to use Otto's AI Recap feature. This feature allows your clinic to review recorded voice calls with ease and gain insights through AI-generated summaries and detailed transcriptions.
Overview
When enabled, this feature generates:
- Call Summaries: A quick, AI-generated summary of the phone call’s key points.
- Call Transcriptions: A word-for-word transcription of the conversation.
These insights are available in the Call History section under Reporting and help your team save time while improving communication accuracy.
How to Access Call Summaries and Transcriptions
- Locate the Transcript Column:
- Go to Reporting > Call History.
- A new column, labeled Transcript, appears on the far-right side of the Call History table.
- Recording Requirement:
- Recording is required for this feature to function - Only voice calls set to record will generate a summary and transcription.
- View Summaries and Transcriptions:
- After the call is completed, reporting takes up to 4 hours to update and display the call data.
- Once available, you’ll see a clickable ‘View’ button under the Transcript column.
- Click the View button to open the Call Summary and Transcription modal.
Inside the Call Summary and Transcription Modal
The modal displays:
- Call Date and Time: Listed at the top for easy reference.
- AI-Generated Summary: A concise overview of the conversation’s key points.
- Call Transcription: A detailed transcription of the recorded call below the summary.
