AI Recap

Otto's AI Recap tool provides the ability to audio record appointments, format them into SOAP notes or simply summarize them. 

On Flow's Appointment page, there is a new "AI Recap" option offered on each appointment card:

Selecting AI Recap will open a pop up, which offers the ability to record the appointment and select if the notes should be formatted as SOAP:

Select the "Start" option when you're ready to begin recording the appointment and the popup will update to reflect that the AI audio recorder is on. Here you have the option to either Pause or Stop the recording:

Once the appointment is concluded and "Stop" is selected, AI will upload and process the summary of the appointment:

Once it updates to Complete, you have the option to download the audio recording:

Please allow a few minutes for the summary to appear in the appointment notes:

If the "Format as SOAP" option was unchecked for the appointment's recording, our AI will simply summarize the appointment in bullet points:

After the summary is added to the Appointment notes, you can easily edit any parts and select "Update Appointment" to saved:

AI Recap is in Early Access period while we work on adding extra features!

At this time, it cannot:

• Automatically write back summaries to any PIMS
• Customize the summaries into more templates 
• Save past appointment recordings in a report
