Create consultations and fully set up your customers' accounts for them with just a few clicks.

Whether you want to create a follow up appointment or want to convert an email or call with a client into a virtual consultation, we just made it super simple for Hippo Manager and Neo users. 

Now when you go to create a consultation for a client, you'll see the option to search for clients from your practice management system right from Otto.

Once you select a client, their full information from the practice management system will be pulled into the consultation.

You can continue on creating the consultation as normal by filling out the rest of the details. When you create the consultation, your client will receive an email letting them know that you booked a consultation for them with a link that they can click which will download the app and set up their account for them. The only thing they'll need to enter is their password and payment information.
