Please below for steps on how to filter a conversation with our new product update!
Once in your clinic's conversation tab, you will find a new filter button at the top right next to the search button.
Once that filter button is selected, you can filter out conversations by the following:
- Conversation Status
- Conversation Assignees
- Conversation Tags
- Appointment Providers
- Appointment Types
- Appointment Rooms
From there, you can filter out based on what you would like to view.
- Under "Conversation Status" you can filter by conversations that are "Active", "Closed", and "Archived"
- Under "Conversation Assignees", you can filter by which employee is assigned to a particular conversation.
- Under "Conversation Tags", you can filter by which tags were used in a particular conversation.
- Under "Appointment Providers", you can filter by which provider is assigned to a conversation.
- Under "Appointment Type", you can filter by appointment type; wellness, surgery, sick, ect.
- Under "Appointment Room", you can filter by what room is assigned to a conversation.
Once you have selected the filters you wanted, hit the apply button and those conversations will appear.
