ezyVet and Flow

How to cancel and reschedule appointments in ezyVet so they sync correctly with Flow, and where exports appear.

ezyVet Scheduled Appointment Changes

Appointments within ezyVet will need to be handled in a specific way to allow for proper syncing with Flow. See below for Otto's recommendations for optimal syncing.

Cancelling an Appointment

To cancel an appointment, right click on the appointment within ezyVet and select Cancel/Delete.Choosing this option will result in the appointment completely removing from both ezyVet and Flow appointment calendars, and will stop any outgoing automations to that pet parent.

Rescheduling an Appointment

To reschedule an appointment, right click on the appointment within ezyVet and select Edit Appointment. Choosing this option will open the appointment info modal for easy editing. Editing the appointment will update information seen on ezyVet and Flow appointment calendars and will update any automations going out to the client to the changed day and time.

Finding exported conversations

In ezyVet, search desired pet name at the top left, under the purple tab labeled “Animals” and click on Communication tab. A list of conversations will be found in the communication log, click on the desired communication to see the export. Exported conversations can also be viewed from the blue client record within the Communication tab.

*New as of July 2023 -if you are an existing clinic that onboarded prior to this time and wish to change exporting to the Communication tab, follow these instructions.*

💡Form Exports live in the ‘Attachment’ tab on the Patient profile within EzyVet

💡For conversations in Flow with a linked patient the export will only populate for the patient that is linked to the conversation

💡For conversations in Flow without a linked patient the export will populate for all patients linked to the client and populate in the blue client Communication tab for each pet
