Where exported conversations and forms land in Impromed, and how to set up appointment confirmation write-backs.

Finding Exported Conversations and Forms

In Impromed, conversation exports will be visible in the Medical Records section, specifically within the “Link” record, as seen in the image below.

💡Forms will appear as clickable links within a conversation export; export forms separately to avoid this if desired

Configuring Impromed for Confirmation Write-Backs

  1. Create an appointment status within Impromed called “Appointment Confirmed”
  1. Advise your Onboarding Specialist or Customer Success Manager of this change and our technical team will take care of the rest!
  1. Please note that it will take at least 24 hours for this appointment status to sync over
