To get connected with your practice, please follow the steps below:
Note: This integration uses SyncVet, powered by Vetsource
Configure Integration in Vetspire
- Log in to Vetspire and on the top menu bar, select "More" > "Admin".
- Scroll down and Select "API Keys".
- Select "Generate Key"
4. Name the key "Vetsource" (This key is used by Vetsource, which powers Otto's Vetspire connection.)
- Email the contents of this key to Vetsource: datasupport@vetsource.com. Include the following information:
- Clinic ID
- Practice name
- Practice address
- Practice phone number
- Contact name
- Contact phone
- Contact email
- Vetsource will complete the Vetspire connection for your practice and communicate any other onboarding steps to you.
