To begin the integration with Neo, follow these steps.
Finding Exporting Conversations and Forms
In Neo, conversations will appear in patient’s account under the Consults tab as indicated in the image below.
💡Forms will appear as clickable links within a conversation export, export forms separately to avoid this if desired
