Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to "Admin", found in the top menu.
- Choose "Integration" from the dropdown navigation on the left.
- Choose "Integrations" from the list of options below the dropdown menu.
- Find the integration you already have configured for Otto. It's probably similar to "API Partner (Otto Flow)".
- Find the scopes (for example, read-animal or read-address) called read-standardofcare and read-eventgroup and select enable them by checking the checkboxes.
- Click the yellow "Save" button at the top of the page.
NOTE: Please do not forget to click "Save" at the top of the page. If you don't save your changes, we will have to ask you to re-do these steps!
Email Otto Support Team
- After clicking "Save", click the "Download Credentials" button at the top of your ezyVet integrations settings. This will download a .txt file. Please email this .txt file to support@otto.vet.
Once you hear back from the Otto Support team, you should have services synced into your Flow and you're ready to begin configuring your Service Remindersin Flow!
