When does data sync from Intravet to Flow?
Data will sync between Intravet and Flow nightly.
If I create an appointment in Flow, will it create in Intravet as well?
No, clients and pets created in Flow will not sync back into IntraVet. Create all clients and pets within IntraVet to sync them to Flow nightly.
If I delete an appointment in Flow, will it be deleted in Intravet as well?
No. It is recommended that all appointments be updated in IntraVet exclusively.
If an appointment is deleted in Intravet will it delete in Flow and/or still send out an automated reminder?
Yes, appointments will be deleted from Flow (during the overnight sync) and automated reminders will be cancelled.
If an appointment is confirmed in Flow, will that confirmation sync back in Intravet?
No, a confirmed appointment in Flow will not sync back to IntraVet. Confirmed appointments can be viewed on Flow’s appointment schedule or using filters.

How to view confirmed appointments in Flow
- Find Appointments in the left hand menu
- Click on the Status toggle
- Toggle to desired status (Confirmed, Reschedule, etc)
- It will now filter only the selected status tags in the All column
If I create a new client and/or pet in Intravet, will they automatically show up in Flow?
New clients and/or pets will sync from IntraVet to Flow nightly.

No, clients and pets created in Flow will not sync back into IntraVet. Create all clients and pets within IntraVet to sync them to Flow nightly.
Do conversations and forms export back into Intravet?
No. Conversations and forms can be downloaded as a PDF and then uploaded into the patients record manually.

How to download conversations from Flow manually
- Locate the conversation of the client in question, either by finding it in the conversation column on the left side of the screen; or by clicking the search paw icon in the menu on the right side of the screen, searching for the client, and clicking ‘Join Chat’
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the conversation

Choose download as PDF
💡When exporting a conversation, there is an option to include or exclude internal notes
💡The file name can be changed

How to download forms from Flow
- Find the conversation of the client in question, either by finding it in the conversation column on the left side of the screen; or by clicking the search paw icon in the menu on the right side of the screen, searching for the client, and clicking ‘Join Chat’
- Within the conversation, find the form that you need to download. If the form has been completed by the client, it will have a green checkmark
- Click the three dots next to the name of the form
- Choose download as PDF
Can I use Flow to collect payments?

Do payments made in Flow reflect in client balances in Intravet?
No - payments made within Flow will not update client balances. To view payments made, navigate to the Reporting tab in the left hand menu.
Can I use Flow for my service reminders?
Yes, clinics on IntraVet can use Flow to manage their service reminders. For more information please view our Service Reminders page.
Can clients see pet vaccine data?
Yes, clients can find their pet vaccine information by logging in to their Pet Portal (including the Otto Care app).

How to help pet parents view their Pet ID Card in their pet portal
- Clients should log into their pet portal via the Care app or receive the link to their web-based pet portal
- All of their pets listed in IntraVet will be listed in the top row of the pet portal
- Select the pet that they want vaccine information for
- Click the option ‘View Pet ID Card’ in the upper-right corner
- Clients can then download the data as a PDF
- Upcoming service reminders can be viewed by clicking on Reminders
