Otto sends clinic payouts daily, for funds collected via the Care Membership product (and Otto Pay product, if relevant) there is a 2-3 business day delay between when funds are collected and when they will hit your bank account. Meaning, each day, the clinic will get a deposit for all the payments collected from your members 2-3 days ago - minus our fees.

Otto managed payouts have a longer delay 3-5 days. Once a payout is kicked off though, it usually only takes a day or two (if bank itself had delays) to hit the bank. Do payouts hit the clinic’s bank account at a specific/consistent time? if so, when? Depends, if the clinic isn't on Otto managed payouts, Stripe kicks a payout off each day around @8/9pm cst. If the clinic is on Otto Managed payouts, we kick off a payout each day @7:30 cst. You can view your Membership payouts under "Reporting", then "Payments", then click the small checkbox that says "Include Memberships"
