Transferring Care Memberships (Workflow)

Step-by-step workflow for transferring a Care Membership from one pet to another pet on the same Flow account.

Navigate to the Pet who is currently on the Care Plan's Flow Account

Click on their Care Tab and select the 🔧 icon

Select "Transfer Membership" from the Request Type Drop down and Select which pet you want to transfer the plan to

Click "Transfer Pet" and you will then see the pet the plan was just transferred to now showing in the Care tab along with a green "Success!" pop-up at the top of your Flow Dashboard!
