Auto-Export Option for Forms

Clinic users can set up forms to write back into patient records automatically after they have been submitted by a client.

To get started, navigate to Formsin the left menu and click into an existing form or create a new form by clicking on +Add New.

Within the compose mode of a form, toggle on the Export Form When Completed button.

💡This feature is only available to clinics that support form exporting

💡The export form button will need to be turned on for all forms available individually

💡If the new client/new patient is synced to Otto from the practice management system prior to the form being submitted, the form will be auto exported. If the patient only exists in Otto (i.e. the patient is not yet created in the practice management system) prior to the form being submitted, the auto export will not be retried, i.e. a manual export will be necessary.
