How to access the Pet Portal
Pet Parents will be able to communicate with clinics using Otto by either downloading the Otto App or utilizing the browser-based Pet Portal. Both the App Pet Portal and the browser-based Pet Portal have the same interface.
Otto App
The Otto app can be downloaded from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. After downloading the app, the login information will be the phone number and/or email address associated with the client's account in the clinic’s practice management software (PIMS).
Benefits of using the Otto App
💡iOS and Android users will have the option for push notifications, eliminating the use of text/email notifications
💡Website Widget options will be displayed in the Portal (if utilizing the Widget)
Non-app Web Portal
The web Pet Portal can be accessed by navigating to https://pet.otto.vet/. When navigating to this site for the first time on a new device, the login information will be the phone number and/or email address associated with the client's account in the clinic’s PIMS.
💡If opted into text and/or email notifications, clients will automatically receive a link to the Pet Portal when receiving messages from the clinic that contain interactive features (forms or automations)
💡Website Widget options will be displayed in the Portal (if utilizing the Widget)
