Exported files can be renamed to a title of your choosing when they go back into your PIMS. Instead of files being labeled "Otto Conversation," you can manually change them to any name you'd like.
Note: This is not available for Neo, but is available for all other PIMS.
- When a clinic user manually exports a conversation from the three-dot menu in the upper right corner, they'll get a prompt to rename the file if they'd like. A default name auto-fills.
- This also works with "Download to PDF."
- This doesn't affect conversations exported through a status change or through automations — those file names stay the same.
- This doesn't affect exporting forms; it only affects exporting the full conversation.
- You can't use these characters in the file name:
_ . :
- There's a maximum of 100 characters for a name.
