AI Scribe Automatic Writebacks

AI Scribe can automatically sync back to supported practice management systems! While the location is different per PIMS, all AI Scribe exports will be saved as

“Otto-{clientName} AI Recap - {exportDate}.pdf".

Here is an example of an exported AI Scribe!

Supported practice management systems:

Search for the patient either by ID or name

Click the ‘Patient File’ icon

Listed will be files associated with the patient, including any exports from Flow. Click the desired file

At the bottom of the window, look for a tab labeled ‘Attachments’ and click this. Select the export and click ‘Open’.

Exports will be visible in the Medical Records section, specifically within the “Link” record, as seen in the image below.

In ezyVet, search desired pet name at the top left, under the purple tab labeled “Animals” and click on Communication tab. A list of conversations will be found in the communication log, click on the desired communication to see the export. Exported AI Scribe can also be viewed from the blue client record within the Communication tab.

Exports will appear in patient’s account under the Consults tab as indicated in the image below.

Exports will appear in the Patient records section, as you can see in the image below (under MR View By Date).

In Vetspire, conversations, forms, and AI summaries are exported as pdfs and added to the "Uploads" category in a patient's chart.

In Shepherd, conversations, forms, and AI summaries are exported as pdfs and added to the "Patient History" area of a patient's profile.

Look up the Patient

AI Scribe Exports are found in the “Chart” tab.
