When does data sync between Pulse and Flow?
Data will sync from Pulse to Flow nightly. Syncing from Flow to Pulse happens multiple times per hour.
If I create an appointment in Flow, will it create in Pulse as well?
No, appointments created in Flow will not reflect in Pulse.
If I delete an appointment in Flow, will it be deleted in Pulse as well?
No, an appointment that is created in Pulse and then deleted from Flow will not be removed from Pulse’s schedule.
If an appointment is confirmed in Flow, will that confirmation sync back in Pulse?
No, a confirmed appointment in Flow will not sync back to Pulse. Confirmed appointments can be viewed on Flow’s appointment schedule or using filters.

How to view confirmed appointments in Flow
- Find Appointments in the left hand menu
- Click on the Status toggle
- Toggle to desired status (Confirmed, Reschedule, etc)
- It will now filter only the selected status tags in the All column
If I create a new client and/or pet in Pulse, will they automatically show up in Flow?
New clients and/or pets will sync from Pulse to Flow within 24 hours. Secondary contacts set in Pulse will not sync to Flow.

No, clients and pets created in Flow will not sync back into Pulse. Create all clients and pets within Pulse to sync them to Flow within 24 hours.
Do conversations export back into Pulse?
Conversations can be manually or automatically exported from Flow into Pulse upon completion of a chat. Exported conversations can be visible in the client records section, under MR View By Date.
Do forms export back into Pulse?
Forms can be manually exported from Flow into Pulse. If forms are exported within conversations, they will appear as clickable links within the export. Exported conversations can be visible in the client records section, under MR View By Date.
Can I use Flow to collect payments?

Do payments made in Flow reflect in client balances in eVet?
No - payments made within Flow will not update client balances. To view payments made, navigate to the Reporting tab in the left hand menu.

Can clients see pet vaccine data?
Yes, clients can find their pet vaccine information by logging in to their Pet Portal (including the Otto app).

How to help pet parents view their Pet ID Card in their pet portal
- Clients should log into their pet portal via the Otto app (https://pet.otto.vet/) or receive the link to their web-based pet portal
- All of their pets listed in Pulse will be listed in the top row of the pet portal
- Select the pet that they want vaccine information for
- Click the option ‘View Pet ID Card’ in the upper-right corner
- Clients can then download the data as a PDF
- Upcoming service reminders can be viewed by clicking on Reminders
