- In your Practice Management Software, create a new Payment Type and labeled it "Care Memberships"
This will be used to consume benefits from the Care Plan + take the cost off the invoice - Open Otto Flow
- Go to Settings > Payments
- Please make the following 3 selections
- Under 'How Flow Payments Appear' please click the drop-down and make the selection of 'Single Type'
- Under 'Payment Type' click the dropdown and select “Otto Flow” or the equivalent payment type you set up in your PIMS
- Under 'Employee' please select an employee. This will determine the name under which Payments taken in Flow will appear in your PIMS.
Once done making your selections please be sure to click 'SAVE' in the bottom right corner - and that's it! You will then be able to use the Wizard Payments Integration for Care!
