Do conversations export back into Shepherd?
Conversations can be manually or automatically exported from Flow into Shepherd upon completion of a chat. Exported conversations will be visible in the Patient Profile under both "Patient Files" and "Patient History"
Do payments made in Flow reflect in client balances in Shepherd?
No - payments made within Flow will not update client balances. To view payments made, navigate to the Reporting tab in the left hand menu.
Can I use Flow for my service reminders?
Service reminders are not available for clinics utilizing Shepherd at this time.
Can clients see pet vaccine data?
No, pet parents cannot view their pet’s medical history or vaccine history in their pet portal.
