Integrating Otto Flow with Vetspire

To get connected with your practice, please follow the steps below:

Configure Integration in Vetspire

1. Log in to Vetspire and on the top menu bar, select "More" > "Admin".

2. Scroll down and Select "API Keys".

3. Select "Generate Key"

4. Name the key "Vetsource"

5. Email the contents of this key to Vetsource: datasupport@vetsource.com. Include the following information:

• Clinic ID
• Practice name
• Practice address
• Practice phone number
• Contact name
• Contact phone
• Contact email

6. Vetsource will complete the Shepherd connection for your practice and communicate any other onboarding steps to you.
