How to create a personalized template on AI Scribe website

Click into the AI Scribe option on an appointment

The recorder will open and a 'Select a template' option will offer a dropdown menu

When the dropdown is opened, select the 'Create new template' option

A Create Custom Template popup will open where you can copy/paste a preferred template, name it and save it for future use

Within the same modal there's an optional Special Instructions field. Use it to specify formatting preferences for the entire template — for example, units ("record weight in kg, not lb"), writing style (full sentences vs. bullet lists), or specific spellings — and AI Scribe will apply those preferences across every section of the generated note.
 

Once you've saved your custom template, it will appear in the dropdown of options for all future appointments!
