What is Call Pop?
Axion is your phone system provider. When integrated with Otto, incoming and certain outgoing calls trigger a small “call pop” panel in Flow that shows client and patient context, recent conversations, and upcoming care items so your staff can personalize the call quickly.
Key notes:
- The Call Pop appears for all users mapped to the ringing phone extension and stays visible for each user until they close it, even if someone else answers the call.

Outbound calls can be started from Flow and the call pop will be shown.
How we complete setup:
Once Otto Support receives your domain and extension information from Axion, we will reach out to the clinic, and have you map each extension to your Flow user accounts. This step involves you confirming which of your new Axion extensions you want linked to each of your Otto Flow users.

At this time, multiple users can be linked to the same extension, however there can be only one extension per user. For example:
Extension 101- otto1@gmail.com, otto2@gmail.com ✅ Supported
Extensions 101 and 102- frontdesk@gmail.com ❌ Not Supported - We will confirm with you when setup is complete and schedule your preferred “go live” time
You’ll then see the call pop in Flow during live calls.
Day‑to‑day use
- Incoming calls: The call pop appears for mapped users as the phone rings. Use it to glance at client and patient details before answering.
- Outgoing calls: Start calls from your Axion phone or Axion portal. When an outbound call begins from a mapped extension, the call pop will appear with the same client context in Flow.
