Activate Otto integration
Once you receive your Otto ID from your implementation specialist, you must complete the integration setup in Neo.
- Click your name. Then click Administration.
- In the System Admin section, click Integrations.
- In the Otto (or TeleVet) section, enter the Otto Clinic ID.
Note: Practices will receive the clinic ID in an email from Otto. They can also contact Otto support for assistance in finding their ID. The Otto ID is a string of approximately 19 numbers and letters. - Click Connect.
Note: To disconnect the Otto integration, click Disconnect.
