This article will help guide you through Automation Sending Hours
NOTE: Only Flow Admin Users have access to make these adjustments
- If you are not an Admin, please go to Settings > Team, and reach out to a Flow member within your clinic that is so that they can change that for you.
- Go to Settings > Automations
Sending Hours Table
The hours set here are the hours that automations can send out if the automation is set to be restricted by Automation Hours.
- Clinic Hours - Will only send during your 'Clinic Hours' selected in Settings > General.
- 24 Hours a Day - Will send at any hour of the day based on when the automation is set to start.
NOTE: If you do NOT want your clients being sent automations late at night or early in the morning, then please choose 'Clinic Hours'
Please be mindful to include hours that the clinic may be closed, but clients still need to receive information. This might include any client arrival automations for drop offs first thing in the morning or appointment confirmations that you want to send over the weekend.
Once these hours are set up, clinic users can use the chart below with the list of automations to adjust which ones should send during automation hours, clinic hours or 24 hours a day.
In this view you can:
- Filter through Active, Inactive, or All Automations to toggle their settings.
- Choose which specific Automations you would like to send '24 Hours a Day' or within 'Automation Hours' (can be a reflection of Clinic Hours).
- Activate or inactivate certain automations to either be live and ready to use or not.
