Why use the Board?
The Board view feature provides a visual representation of client conversation that helps to organize ongoing conversations into different columns and stages. It promotes a systematic workflow and enables the management of multiple conversations simultaneously. The board offers clinics the option to view appointments, conversations, and automations in one easy to view location.
Getting Started
Navigate to Board in the left hand column
Viewing Conversations
When first opened, the board will appear blank, to view conversations:
- Determine which conversation statuses should be viewable by clicking on Visible Statuses
- The date range by choosing Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, or This week
💡Date ranges are non editable and are only available for the current week - previous week conversations will not be shown in the board
Choosing visible statuses will show all conversation statuses available and will filter conversations into columns for easy viewing. Conversations can be viewed by clicking on View Conversations
Viewing Appointments
To view appointments, choose Appointments. A list of appointments scheduled for the time frame chosen will appear in a separate column on the left.
Viewing Automations
Clinics can view automations sent out to clients by current state of completion: Sent, Started, and Completed. To get started, navigate to Automations.

Expand Date Ranges
The updated date picker in the Board View allows your clinic to select specific date ranges, providing a more tailored view of your operations.
How the Date Picker Works
The new date picker feature allows you to choose custom date ranges directly from the Board View page. You can select specific start and end dates, offering a more precise view of their conversations, appointments, and automations. To use it, click on the start date, choose your desired start date, then click on the desired end date—the updated Board View will display your selected dates.
Note: Date ranges are limited to two weeks only.
With the ability to select specific date ranges, the Board View now offers improved data management and customization. This update saves time and enhances efficiency, allowing you to focus more on patient care by tailoring the view to fit your clinic's specific needs.
