Here at Otto we know sometimes Care Membership related requests need to be handled quickly so a Pet Parent can leverage their benefits from an enrollment or upgrade.
To ensure an expedited turnaround for Clinics wanting to make Care Plan changes, submitting a Care Related Support Ticket has a different workflow than submitting a ticket for all other Flow related requests.
- In order to submit a Care related request, start by searching for the Patient in the Flow Dashboard and Clicking on the Care Tab
- Then, scroll to + press the “Manage Membership” Button
- This will trigger a pop-up where you can choose what type of request you’re submitting - if what you’re needing is not on the list, choose “Other Request”
- Then, Give us a brief description of what you’re needing - if the client will need to pay an upgrade fee, please also include whether they’re like to pay with the card on file or a payment link
- Submit your request and our dedicated Support Team will let you know once your request has been completed!
