Clients can update their billing info at any time through their Pet Portal:
- They will first login and click on “account” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
- The Client will then select “Care Memberships” from the list of options
- Next they will see a list of their pet’s on plans and an “Edit Payment Info” button at the button of the page.

The Client can then select the small pencil icon next to their current payment method
- From there, it will offer the option to add a new payment method. The Client can update their card and then press update!
