Plan Transfers are made ONLY if:
The original Pet passes away
OR
In extenuating circumstances like the current member is being rehomed or moved while on a plan and the Client would prefer to transfer the remaining benefits for another Pet of theirs that is NOT CURRENTLY ON A PLAN vs. canceling. (In other words, we can only transfer benefits from 1 pet to another if the receiving pet is not currently on a Care plan)
With Pet transfers, any remaining benefits left + all remaining payments get transferred to the Pet Parent’s other pet.
Pet to pet transfers are allowed if under the same client. Due to billing complications, if a pet is transferred from one client to another, the membership doesn’t transfer.
Plan Tranfer Dont's:
Membership transfers between Pet Parents (one Client to another) are NOT permitted.
