- Create the Invoice as you normally would in your Cornerstone software
- Rather than hitting "Post", Select "Save", as this will ensure the invoice will pull into Flow, without prompting payment yet
- Select your invoice in Flow and go through the benefit consumption process.
- Once completed, you should see a payment type, something along the lines of "Care Plan Payment" reflected on the invoice, this will apply the benefits to the total, leaving on the amount due out of pocket to be collected.
- Collect the remainder owed by the client just as you would any other transaction!
