What is a Tiny URL?

A Tiny URL is a short, easy-to-use link that your clinic sends through text or email to help you quickly access your pet portal. With just one click, you can view important updates, make appointments, or manage your pet’s care.

How Does It Work?

When pet parents receive a Tiny URL, they simply click on the link to be taken directly to their pet portal. For added security, the link will be valid for 30 days. If it expires, no worries - the pet parents will be directed to the login page, where they can easily log in with a One Time Code, just as they normally do.
