Interpreting the Cancellations Report

We’ve made some updates to your Care Financial Report! You’ll now be able to see Past Due Active Members, and Cancelled Members in two separate reports:

• PAST DUE PAYMENTS REPORT:

This report now includes active members only and past due monthly payment info

• NEW – CANCELLED ENROLLMENTS REPORT:
  A clear view of cancelled memberships + their true-up payment schedule details

The report starts with showing you Clinic, Customer, Patient and Plan Name

SECTIONS:

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
What the Client owed at time of cancellation and if they opted to pay in full or over time

Full = Client chose to pay off their true-up at time of cancellation 

OverTime = Client chose to pay off their true-up with monthly recurring payments 

In Clinic = The Client and the Hospital agreed to settle the true up in-clinic (outside of the Otto Care “Manage Membership” modal. This typically occurs in situations where the Clinic allows the Client to pay in cash, or if the Client defaults on their payments and the Clinic chooses to cancel their plan + add a balance to their PiMS account.

NEXT INVOICE DATE:
If they still owe, when they’ll be charged next

TRUE UP STATUS:
How much/if they still owe a True Up amount

Paid Off = Client has paid off their true-up, nothing more is owed to the Clinic

N/A = The Flow dashboard does not have info around this true up, likely due to             the Clinic + Client choosing to settle the amount owed in-Clinic

On Track = This Client is making monthly true-up payments, and is up to date with the amount owed

AMOUNT OWED:
Exactly how much each Pet Parent still owes towards their True-Up

TRUE-UP TOTAL PAID:
Exactly how much the Pet Parent has already paid towards their True-Up

TRUE UP FEE PAID:
How much of the True-Up payment has been taken out of the Net Payment as fees

TRUE UP NET PAID:
How much the Clinic has received of the True-Up payment after fees were taken out
