Integrating with Otto requires sharing API access to your Instinct data.
1. To get started, find the button to open the Help Options in the bottom left of Instinct. Then choose "Support".
2. The Help widget opens on the bottom right. Choose "Ask a question"
3. Choose "Submit a ticket", then "EMR Integrations", then "API Access"
6. Then choose "Create ticket"
7. Complete the form and submit. Send credentials to "support@otto.vet".
8. After submission, the ticket should be processed and completed within a day or two. You'll receive an "Integration Complete" email after Otto is given access and syncs your Instinct data.
