Integrating Otto Flow with Instinct

Integrating with Otto requires sharing API access to your Instinct data. 

1. To get started, find the button to open the Help Options in the bottom left of Instinct. Then choose "Support".

2. The Help widget opens on the bottom right. Choose "Ask a question"

3. Choose "Submit a ticket", then "EMR Integrations", then "Otto Integration"

6. Then choose "Create ticket" 

7. Complete the form and submit. Be sure to "Accept" sharing data and choose "Yes, please send these details to Otto." so that we can complete the integration quickly and easily.

8. After submission, the ticket should be processed and completed within a day or two. You'll receive an "Integration Complete" email after Otto is given access and syncs your Instinct data.
