AI Scribe
AI Scribe will work exactly the same way it has in your Flow. If you've used Otto's AI Scribe before, continue to record any appointments, see them processing at the top right of your Flow, and review your completed SOAP notes the exact same way as before.
AI Scribe will work the exact same way on the Home page as it does on your Flow Appointments page. Selecting the record option will continue to open a pop up, which will automatically test your microphone and ensure you're ready to record.
OttoPilot
OttoPilot shows you what's changing in your clinic, and brings in industry best practices so you know exactly what to do about it. It takes you from reacting to running your clinic with confidence.
Try it out by asking it questions, like "How is my clinic's client volume changing year over year?" or "Which of my clients are lapsing this week and what to do about it?".
OttoPilot can access data from your practice management system, specifically around appointment volume, client retention and *clinic revenue. OttoPilot cannot yet access data from your Flow, so it cannot answer questions about appointment reminders, loyalty program, Care memberships, etc. This is coming soon!
*Any clinic user set as a Member (not an Admin) in Flow cannot see revenue-based answers for security purposes.
FAQ
Is there a difference in which appointments show on the Home page verses the Appointments page?
Appointments synced over from your practice management system will show on both your Home page and Appointments pages in Flow. The only difference is that on the Appointments page, you have the option to create an appointment manually, should you need to.
Is there a difference in how AI Scribe works between the Home page verses the Appointments page?
Scribe works the exact same way, no matter if you completed one on the Home page verses the Appointments page. You're still able to open the recorder, it will automatically test your computer's microphone, choose a built in or custom template and begin recording. Processed recordings will still show at the top right of your Flow and will be saved in the appointment once it's complete.
Who at the clinic can ask OttoPilot questions?
Any user at the clinic can ask OttoPilot questions, but only Admins can ask it revenue based questions for security purposes.
What can and can't OttoPilot answer?
OttoPilot can answer questions about your clinic's practice management data, like appointments, clients, patients, client retention (lapsing) and clinic revenue.
OttoPilot cannot answer questions about your Flow data, yet! We're working on updating OttoPilot so it can answer questions about appointment reminders, loyalty program, Care members, etc.
