Video calls can be recorded now with a click of the “record” button once you start a video call.
- Video calls default to being “not recorded”
- Once a call starts being recorded, there will be a “recording” icon that shows for all participants of a video call
- The record and stop button are only available to clinic users. A secondary clinic user can start recording or stop the recording at any time

Can I start, stop and then start the video recording?
Yes. If a clinic user has a video call recording, stops the recording, and then starts it again, the full video will show in one call in the call history report with one downloaded option
Can any participant stop the video recording?
Only clinic users can click stop, client users do not have access to “record” or “stop recording” button
If multiple clinic users join the video call, does the call history report show all clinic users who join?
No. If there are multiple participants in a video call, whoever joined first will be the name listed on the call history report
Do all video calls show up in the report or just recorded ones?
All video calls will be in the report, however, only recorded ones will be downloadable
Is there a time limit for how long video calls can be?
Video calls can go on for a whole day, however, the video has to be less than 60 minutes in order to be downloadable from the platform
