Can the format of conversations and forms be changed after exporting?
The format of forms and conversations cannot be changed.
💡Forms that are exported on computers that use 24HR time format and/or YYYY/DD/MM will export with the same time settings.
Why does an exported form or conversation not show the person assigned?
The owner of forms and conversations that is displayed when exporting from Flow into the practice management system can be changed. This change must be made by a Otto employee with in Flow.
To get started:

Determine the new owner - this can be an existing user or one can be created specifically for Flow exports.
💡Best Practice: Many clinics utilize “Otto Systems” as the owner.

To create this account, review your PIMS instruction guide.

Once this account has been created, communicate the account name to your Customer Success Manager so that they can set it as the default exporter for Flow.
Can I update the forms on my website widget?
Absolutely! Forms are used by your website widget will still be found in the Forms menu, just like all of your other forms. However, any that are used by your website widget will be denoted with a blue tag that reads, “Website Widget.
You can edit these forms exactly like all of your others. When you save them, your website widget should update to reflect the changes.
Are there form templates available to use?
Flow offers templates within the Forms section that can be used by the clinic and customized!
💡The current list of templates available are Adult Wellness - Canine AND Feline, Boarding Intake, Consent - Anesthesia, Consent - Euthanasia, Consent - Sedation/Treatment, General Sick Visit, and Grooming Request.
To find templates, click on +Add New

Click on the desired template

Edit the template by clicking on Compose

Unarchive the template to add it to available forms
Can I send Otto forms to upload into Flow?
Forms can be uploaded as documents or links and submitted to our team for upload within 2-3 days.
To get started:
- Click on Forms
- Click on +Add New Form
- Click on Upload
- Click, drag, or drop files in the pop up menu
- Forms will be available within 2-3 days in the Archived Section (found by scrolling to the bottom of the available forms)
- Unarchive the form to list it as available to be used by clinic staff by clicking the three dots next to the form name and selecting Unarchive Form
