Find the conversation of the client in question by locating it in the conversation column on the left side of the screen; or by clicking the search icon 🔍 in the menu on the right side of the screen, searching for the client, and clicking ‘Join Chat’

Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the conversation

Choose Export
💡When exporting a conversation, there is an option to include or exclude internal notes from the patient record
💡The conversation name can be changed
OR - Click the three dots on the right of the Form and choose Export
- A message will automatically appear in the conversation when the exporting has been successful
