Exporting Conversations or Forms Manually

First, find the conversation of the client in question by locating it in the conversation column on the left side of the screen, or by clicking the search icon 🔍 in the menu on the right side of the screen, searching for the client, and clicking ‘Join Chat’

Export the conversation:

1. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the conversation
2. Choose Export
   

💡When exporting a conversation, there is an option to include or exclude internal notes from the patient record

💡The conversation name can be changed 
💡There's also an Include images checkbox. When enabled, any images shared in the conversation will be embedded directly in the exported PDF (rather than as links).

Export the form:

1. Click the three dots on the right of the Form and choose Export
   

💡A message will automatically appear in the conversation when the export has been successful
