Conversation Movement Updates (Otto Labs) – Otto

Admin users can enable this feature via Otto labs Settings page (https://flow.otto.vet/settings/otto-labs).

This feature changes the set of actions that flag a Conversation as "updated" and move it to the top of the list in the Conversations view.

What currently updates the Conversation (without the feature turned OFF):

New message from client
New message from clinic user
New note from clinic users
Payment received
Form received
Sending an Automation
Any Automation step being completed
Completing an Automation
Changing the Conversation Status value
A Tag being added or removed
Adding or removing an Assignee
Adding or removing a Client
Exporting

What will update the Conversation (without the feature turned ON):
