This feature changes the set of actions that flag a Conversation as "updated" and move it to the top of the list in the Conversations view.
Admin users can enable this feature via Otto labs Settings page: https://flow.otto.vet/settings/otto-labs
What will update the Conversation with the feature turned ON:
- New message from client
- New message from clinic user
- New note from clinic users
- Payment received
- Form received
- Sending an Automation
- Any Automation step being completed
- Completing an Automation
- Changing the Conversation Status value
- A Tag being added or removed
- Adding or removing an Assignee
- Adding or removing a Client
- Exporting
What will update the Conversation with the feature turned OFF:
- New message from client
- New message from clinic user
- New note from clinic users
- Payment received
- Form received
- Sending an Automation
- Completing an Automation
- Exporting
