Integrating Otto Flow with ezyVet

To integrate with Otto we need to first create a new integration in ezyVet, then give it permission to access ezyVet data, then download and email the credentials to Otto.

1. Log in to ezyVet and in the menu at the top of the screen, click Admin.
    
2. Once in the Admin screen, open the the gray drop-down menu in the upper-left corner. In the list presented, click Integration (with the puzzle piece icon).
    
3. In the middle of your screen there will be a section labeled ‘Integrations,’ with a search box. In this search box, type API Partner. Then under 'Partner' enter Otto Flow.
   
   
    
4. Find the section called "ezyCAB Availability". Click this button so that it says "Connected"
   
   
    
5. In the center of the screen will be a table of options, labeled “Scopes”. Below this label will be two buttons: “Select All” and “Select None.” Click Select All, then click Save, near the upper-left corner.
    
6. Once you’ve saved, click Download Credentials. This will automatically download a .txt file with some information in it. Do not make any edits to the text of this file.
    
7. Email the .txt file to support@otto.vet or if you already have an existing support ticket please add it in that ticket and they can ensure that your instance of ezyVet is properly integrated with Otto Flow.
