Integrating Otto Flow with ezyVet

Within ezyVet will be your integration keys, which will allow Otto to integrate with your instance of ezyVet. This will allow Otto Flow to display current appointments and send out automated reminders for patient appointments. Luckily, these integration keys are easy to find!

1. Log in to ezyVet and in the menu at the top of the screen, click Admin.
2. Once in the Admin screen, hover your mouse over the gray drop-down menu in the upper-left corner. In the list presented, click Integration (with the puzzle piece icon).
3. In the middle of your screen there will be a section labeled ‘Integration,’ with a search box. In this search box, type API Partner. Then under 'Partner' enter Otto Flow.
4. In the center of the screen will be a table of options, labeled “Scopes”. Below this label will be two buttons: “Select All” and “Select None.” Click Select All, then click Save, near the upper-left corner.
5. Once you’ve saved, click Download Credentials. This will automatically download a .txt file with some information in it. Do not make any edits to the text of this file.
6. Email the .txt file to your Implementation Specialist and they can ensure that your instance of ezyVet is properly integrated with Otto Flow.
