As an ezyVet clinic, you can use Otto's Direct Booking capabilities by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Otto Flow Integration Admin
- Enable ezyCAB Availability
- Enable specific availability and booking-related "scopes".
- Save your changes & Download your new credentials
- Email your new credentials to support@otto.vet or the Otto team member you are working with

Navigate to ezyVet Admin Integration Settings
Enable ezyCAB Availability
Enable Scopes
Ensure the the following scopes are checked / enabled:
- create-booking (new!)
- read-appointmenttype
- read-resource
- read-separation
Save & Download New Credentials
First click "Save" then "Download Credentials".
Email Credentials to Otto
Email support@otto.vet with subject "New ezyVet Direct Booking Credentials" or the team member you are working with and attach the text file. We'll finalize the integration and reach out with next steps.
