📣Flow can now export conversations into the Communication tab within ezyVet!📣
This will be the default for all new and future clinics onboarding onto Flow. If you are an existing Flow user and want to switch exporting locations to the Communication tab, follow these instructions and reach out to Otto's support team to finish the set up. Once set up, all conversations will go into the Patient and Client's Communication tab. Exported forms will continue to export to the patient's (purple) Attachment tab.
To export conversations into the Communication tab, existing clinics will need to enable the permission within ezyVet (only available for clinics with ezyVet version 22.9 or greater). To get started:
1. Navigate to the ‘Admin’ Tab within ezyVet and choose Integration
2. Within the Integration menu, search for 'TeleVet' in the search bar
3. From the Scopes list find the ‘write-communications’ option and click the checkbox so it is checked
4. Click ‘Save’
5. Reach out to Otto's support team either by emailing support@otto.vet or using the '?' in the lower right hand corner of Flow to start a chat to finish the setup process.
Expected Behavior For Writing to the Communications Tab
Once the setup process is completed, conversations will be exported to the Communication tab in both the patient and client record within ezyVet
- 💡For conversations in Flow with a linked patient, the export will only populate for the patient that is linked to the conversation
- 💡For conversations in Flow without a linked patient, the export will populate for all patients linked to the client and populate in the blue client Communication tab for each pet
- 💡Forms exported from Flow will continue to export to the Attachment tab within the Patient record
- 🛑The reason field is not editable and will remain blank
