Auto Export for Forms

Clinic users can set up forms to write back to their PIMS otto-matically when they’re submitted by a client/pet parent. A few things to note:

• This feature is available for all Clinics with PIMS that support form writebacks; if the Clinic’s PIMS does not support the form writebacks, this setting is not visible.
• The configuration for this feature is available at an individual form level (i.e. Clinic users can choose which form to set this up for).
• You can toggle on the auto export functionality in the Compose tab for each Form.
• The toggle to enable this feature is off by default.
• Managing exports for new Clients/New Patients
  • If the new client/new patient is synced from the PIMS to Otto prior to the form being submitted, the form will be auto exported. If Otto did not sync the pet parent from the PIMS prior to the form being submitted, the auto export will not be retried, i.e. a manual export will be necessary.
