If I create an appointment in Otto, will it create in ezyVet as well?
It is recommended that all appointments be created in ezyVet and will sync over to Otto.
If I delete an appointment in Otto, will it be deleted in ezyVet as well?
Yes, if an appointment is deleted in Otto - it will delete the appointment in ezyVet.
Do conversations export back into ezyVet?
Conversations can be manually or automatically exported from Otto into ezyVet upon completion of a chat. Exported conversations can be visible under the patient and client record under the Communications tab.
If an appointment is confirmed in Otto, will that confirmation sync back in ezyVet?
Yes! Confirmations that write back to ezyVet are done via our automated reminders.
If I create a new client and/or pet in ezyVet, will they automatically show up in Otto?
New clients and/or pets will sync from ezyVet to Otto multiple times per hour. Secondary contacts set in ezyVet will not sync to Otto.
If I create a new client and/or pet in Otto, will they automatically sync back into ezyVet?
No, clients and pets created in Otto will not sync back into ezyVet. Create all clients and pets within ezyVet to sync them to Otto.
