It’s possible to change the billing date of a Care membership for upcoming billing cycles. To do this:
Go to the Care tab and select the pet.
Click Edit Billing Information then Edit Billing Date
.
Select the new billing date. Note: The 29th and 30th are not available to avoid issues in shorter months.
Click Submit.
Important:
The change will apply to the next billing cycle and all future ones.
We must always generate one invoice per month, so billing date changes affect ongoing billing unless edited again.
