AI Suggest

AI Suggest is Otto's AI-powered quick reply feature that can analyze the messages in the conversation and suggest a response. In the message draft section of a conversation, there is a sparkle icon offered. Selecting this will prompt AI Suggest to begin analyzing the conversation:

AI Suggest will generate a response meant to help CSRs and other staff replying to conversations save time:

Once a response is generated, you have the option to Cancel, Try Again, or Insert. Cancelling will close AI Suggest. Selecting Insert will insert the suggested response into the conversation draft, allowing clinic members to edit anything they'd like before sending to the client:

Should you want to Try Again, AI Suggest will generate a different version of the response and will continue to do so until a version is to your liking:

Multilingual support

AI Suggest interprets incoming client messages and generates suggested replies in eight additional languages beyond English: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Italian, German, Arabic, and Chinese. When a client writes in any of these languages, AI Suggest's recommended reply will match — no setting changes required.
