How does it work?
When viewing a conversation in Flow, scroll up a bit to see AI Conversation Summary button at the top of the message thread
Clicking on it you’ll see a summary generated. It’s written by Otto’s AI and highlights the key points of the conversation — so you don’t need to scroll through every message to understand what’s going on.

1. Does the summary read all conversation from that pet parent?
No — the AI reads the conversation thread you're in to generate the summary.
2. Does the summary read forms, attachments, and payment requests?
Yes — it takes into account the content of forms, attachments, and payment requests from that specific conversation when summarizing.
3. Does the summary read new messages?
The summary includes all messages sent up to the moment you click the “Generate Summary” button.
If new messages come in afterward, just close and reopen the summary — Flow will regenerate it with the latest updates included.
