AI Memo will record, transcribe and summarize your phone calls executed in Flow!
Once a call is initiated in Flow, an updated caller ID experience will pop up and offer helpful information about the client and patients. The call must be recorded in order for the AI to transcribe and summarize it after the call:
Once the phone call is complete and you've selected "End", the AI will get to work on transcribing and summarizing the call:
The transcription and summary will be accessible in the Call History report on the Reporting page of Flow in a new "Transcription" column. The Call History report refreshes every 15 minutes:
Selecting "View" from the "Transcription" column will open a popup with the transcription and summary of the call and the ability to download it as a .txt file to your computer:
