Your Clinic's Availability
For detailed information, see Direct Booking Availability or contact Otto Customer Success.
Availability is determined by:
- Appointments already in ezyVet
- Office Hours configured in Otto
- Advance Booking Limitations configured in Otto
- Exclusionary Time Slots configured in Otto
💡 Important: Otto's Direct Booking integration with ezyVet is smart and flexible, but does not currently incorporate ezyVet's "Planning Guides" and "eBooking" features.

Q: My planning guides have been carefully crafted to ensure we only book specific appointment types during specific timeslots. Can Direct Bookings through Otto respect the same rules?
A: Yes. Otto's time slots work exactly the same way.
