Accepting Payments Through Flow
Terminals
Terminal payments can be made using a physical card or Apple/Google Pay when the terminals are connected to WiFi. Terminals can support swiping, tapping, or inserting cards, depending on which is most convenient.
Collecting a payment via a s700 Terminal
1. Search for the client on the terminal
💡If the terminal is ready to use, there will be a green dot beside its name. If there is an issue with the terminal, the dot will be red. Usually this means the terminal is low on or out of battery and needs to be plugged in.
2. Enter the amount due and click Make Payment. If the clinic is using integrated invoicing, the invoice amount and/or account balance can populate automatically instead.
💡Flow currently supports integrated invoicing with Cornerstone, AVImark, and Impromed.
3. Present the terminal to the client. They can swipe, tap, or insert a card or pay with Apple or Google Pay
