When you receive your payments terminal, you should already have an account set up with Stripe, our secure payments partner. If you have not set up your account yet, you can do so here before turning on your terminal.
Once your Stripe account is set up, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the Terminal
Press down on the button on the right hand side of the terminal until the terminal screen powers on.
2. Connect the Terminal to your WiFi
The device will automatically prompt you to connect to your Wifi network. Select your network and enter the password.
3. Install Updates
The device may prompt you to install updates. If prompted, please press "Install Updates."
4. Find the Pairing Code in Flow
The device will prompt you to enter a pairing code in order to pair it with your clinic. You can find this in Flow by navigating to Settings, then Payments. There will be a tab that says "Terminal." Click on "Terminal," then the button that says "Show Pairing PIN."
5. Enter your Pairing PIN into your Terminal
Enter the PIN from Flow into your terminal. You can use the same code for every terminal you have. View the network settings by entering PIN "000000" on the Pairing screen, and then entering "07139" for the admin PIN.
